Leopolis Hotel offers "The Best Rate" to guests booking via its website directly on-line. The guests can be confident they are getting The Best Internet rates available on the market.

In case while  making your reservation on-line, you find a lower published and available Internet room rates for the same period and for the same number of persons, rooms and bed type  you are more than welcome to advise the Leopolis Hotel of this the same day (send your rate claim to reservations@leopolishotel.com). Provided your claim is valid, we would amend the room rate for your booking, match it and even add an extra 5% discount on it!

The Guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

• Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates; 
• Special rates offered exclusively to members of groups or individuals who meet previously specified criteria, including ACC and EBA member rates, Embassy staff rates, Airlines crew rates; 
• Package rates that include room accommodation and other non-standard components such as travel, car hire, entertainment, and/or meals (other than breakfast); 
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 days 
  Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher (including electronic vouchers) for a hotel stay.
